We are so excited to have Tillie J Wines over from Yarra Valley for a tasting at our Maylands store this coming Friday! 🍷🍇

Tillie J has been a recipient of the prestigious Top 50 Young Gun of Wine Awards for four consecutive years, with the added honour of winning the People’s Choice Award in 2023. These are some seriously delicious wines, blending new world winemaking with old world viticulture.

We are beyond excited to share that as of today, Commune Maylands will be stocking the full range of Freestyle Brewing Beers! These guys are one of the highest rated breweries in the country on untappd, as well as being a staff and local favourite. Freestyle is also a neighbouring small business, situated only a 10 minute drive away from our Maylands store! It is awesome for us to support these local brewers, and super convenient if you’re chasing Freestyle’s latest releases but can’t make it to their tap room on a Saturday morning. Make sure to come try one if you haven’t already 😉🍻

These guys have quickly become one of our favourite local producers. If you’ve been chasing the ultimate oaked chardonnay which is buttery, balanced, local, and affordable, then their Barrel Ferment Chardonnay is an absolute must-try. 🥂
