Last week, we welcomed inbound tourism operators to Gather Foods HQ as part of the Tourism WA SandTalk event, showcasing Gather’s authentic and immersive cultural experiences.

Guests were immersed in a bush tucker experience, sharing the knowledge systems and sustainable practices that have shaped this land for over 60,000 years, while tasting native ingredients firsthand.

The experience flowed into a three-course dinner, led by Head Chef Eddie Bulatao and his team — bringing native flavours into contemporary dishes.

Guests were also among the first to try our newest dessert — toasted coconut & lime pannacotta, finished with green ant gel.

The Joondalup Contemporary Art Gallery set the scene for the official launch of Joondalup Festival 2026 this month, and we were glad to be there catering the evening with selections from our native-inspired stand-up menu.

Guests were also treated to a sneak peek of A Day with David by Christine de Grancy — intimate photographs of David Bowie in Vienna, offering a quiet glimpse behind the icon.

Last Thursday we had the pleasure of catering for the Perth Film Studios opening networking event, welcoming guests from across WA’s screen industry.

Led by Head Chef Eddie Bulatao, the menu showcased native ingredients through dishes including gin-cured kingfish, kangaroo fillet with Roelands bush honey, compressed watermelon with native dukkah and rivermint, and coffee and wattleseed brisket.
