A fresh release Double Hazy IPA, heavily dry hopped with Motueka, Mosaic and El Dorado for layers of tropical fruit and citrus character.
We also have a Cellar Door exclusive Experimental Sour brewed with passionfruit, a touch of lychee, vanilla and lactose for a smooth, fruity finish.

Some of this weeks brews….

That feeling of landing back home is like no other. After almost 3 weeks away Mark was itching to get back to the brewery and within 1 hour of landing he was back on the tools! We have one key insight from the trip is Australia has definitely caught up with America in terms of the quality beers produced down here ( compared to 10 years ago).

With liquor licence rules recently changed we are able to open today from 10-4pm!!

This is our flagship brew and 95% of the time available through the cellar door. As always it’s dry hopped on numerous occasions with Mosaic, Citra and El dorado.

We’ve been fans of Bob Marley since we were kids growing up in the late 1980s. One lyric that has always stayed with us is, “You fool some people sometimes, but you can’t fool all the people all the time” — a reminder that in beer, top-quality ingredients always shine through.

This beer is our tribute to the legend himself, Bob Marley. We were lucky enough to visit 9 Mile in Jamaica before heading to the Craft Brewers Conference, and now we’re excited to try some great crafties in Philly, as our first week in this continent we have only had 1 quality brew.

He’s back, still playing it cool and hiding his true self.
From the king of Funkhopiest, to tearing up the dance floor on Shake It Loose, now he’s serving straight Poker Face.
Triple dry-hopped with Simcoe, Rakau, and Nelson Sauvin, this Double West Coast IPA brings serious resinous hop power.
Fresh drop this week: Riwaka Hazy IPA is also in the fridge.

We’re in the USA ahead of the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC), tasting some excellent beers and soaking up all the inspiration. Can’t wait to bring everything we learn back home to the brewery! If we remember!!!

Happy Easter 🐣 Folks!!!

It’s back for the first time in 2026, Fight club is a rotational release label for special one off brews!! This double hazy IPA is brewed with a limited release white labs liquid yeast giving its own uniqueness.

Also we have a limited of amount of the cellar door 🚪only, new experimental double Gose which definitely doesn’t taste like a 9.2% Gose.
