Three w**es from Domaine Leflaive. Just one bottle of each at Malvern.
 
Based in Puligny-Montrachet, this celebrated family domaine brings generations of knowledge to some of Burgundy’s most sought-after Chardonnay. Certified biodynamic, with spontaneous fermentation, these w**es offer plenty to explore.
 
The Meursault Premier Cru ‘Sous le Dos d’Âne’ 2022 comes from limestone and marl-rich soils and spends around 12 months in French oak, with a small proportion new. Ripe peach and generous palate weight meet lifted freshness, giving it that lovely balance of richness and energy.
 
The Puligny-Montrachet 2023 is a village w**e with real cellar potential. White flowers, citrus and savoury spice lead into a racy freshness, with mineral drive and length carrying through the palate.
 
The Puligny-Montrachet Premier Cru ‘Clavoillon’ 2023 offers a richer expression of the domaine: roasted hazelnuts, fresh stone fruit and apple, layered with the wet-stone character Burgundy lovers seek out.
 
Something special to tuck away or open around the table with people who’ll appreciate it.

Hosted with Clos Cachet, the evening brought together nine cuvées from Frères Mignon, Girard-Bonnet, Dehours and Pierre Paillard, paired across five courses from the Auterra kitchen.
For us, nights like this are about more than what’s in the glass.

We’ve been working away behind the scenes, and it’s pretty exciting to finally share a first look at what’s coming.

Soon, you’ll be able to step inside and explore more than 1,000 w**es, a carefully chosen spirits range, exclusive releases and plenty of bottles we’re excited to put in front of you.

There are still a few finishing touches to go, but opening day is getting very close.
