This week, we’re travelling through some of Europe’s great wine regions, with Riesling, Chardonnay, Nebbiolo and Syrah on the tasting bench.

Taste Zind-Humbrecht Turckheim Riesling 2024, Domaine Rapet Bourgogne Blanc 2022, Rizzi Barbaresco 2021 and Stéphane Ogier La Rosine 2022.

Our exclusive 1792 Full Proof single barrels have officially landed.

We chose these two for the strength and individuality of their flavour profiles, each showing a distinctive side of 1792 while retaining the depth and structure we look for in a Full Proof bourbon.

🥃 Apricot Brandy layers ripe apricot and orchard fruit with banana, buttery toffee and vanilla, finishing with caramel, warming spice and seasoned oak.

🥃 Red Frogs & Candyfloss brings raspberry gummies, strawberry syrup and candyfloss together with caramel and burnt sugar, balanced by cracked pepper, toasted oak and baking spice.

Only one barrel of each was selected. Exclusive to Barrel & Batch.

Hand-selected from 1792 Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky and bottled at 62.5% ABV, each takes the classic 1792 profile in a distinctly different direction.

🥃 Apricot Brandy brings ripe apricot, orchard fruit and orange zest together with buttery toffee, vanilla and warming baking spice.

🥃 Red Frogs & Candyfloss layers raspberry confectionery, strawberry syrup and candyfloss over rich caramel, toasted oak and lingering bourbon spice.
