One third of our holy trinity of dips: the Ikra.

Inspired by the Ukrainian eggplant dish often called ‘poor man’s caviar’. Ikra literally translates to caviar, so naturally, we took that quite literally and created the real thing. A staff favourite, and a favourite of those who know.
