Our favourite yakitori flavour becomes A DUMP. Chicken Tsukune - a chicken, onion and shiso dump filled with golden chicken skin and crunchy soft bone. Drizzle with the shiso infused teriyaki sauce included in the pouch.

Hot tip: serve with a perfect onsen egg in the sauce to dunk the dumps in 🥲🍶🙃

Folding dumplings is one of our favourite ways to share a meal with a group.

Introducing…. ABALONE PORRIDGE (Jeonbokjuk)

This cosy congee will be replacing the seasonal uni miyeokguk for week 2, where the focus is lots of nutrients to support tissue repair.

A traditional Korean Porridge made with glutinous rice, abalone, carrot, zucchini and broccoli. Abalone is naturally rich in protein, iron, zinc and vitamin B12, while the slow-cooked rice makes it hearty and easy to eat.

Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop.

Introducing Dumps World's first vegan noodle pack - MASTER STOCK SHROOMS & SCALLION NOODS (vegan) - $28 (serves 2)

This bad boy will be replacing our Super Green Cashew Pesto this August.

Master stock is a long conversation between soy, ginger, garlic, orange peel, five spice and time. Married with delicious scallion and leek oil, and it'll rock and roll.

Simmered into a dark, luscious braise, mushrooms, bamboo and bouncy tofu clouds drink it all up and served with wheat noodles.

Top with a crispy fried egg, a dollop of whipped truffle butter, or your favourite protein for a really, really good time.

Ingredients
Sauce: mushrooms (shiitake, shimeji, king brown, wood ear, lion’s mane), bamboo, leek, green onion, vegan oyster sauce (soy, wheat), light soy sauce (soy, wheat), dark soy sauce (soy, wheat), tofu clouds (gluten), grapeseed oil, hon mirin, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, orange peel, five spice, salt.
Topping: sesame seeds, green onion.
Contains: gluten, sesame, soy, wheat.
Optional Topping: Whipped truffle butter (available in store)

How to enjoy
- Defrost frozen sauce box
- Boil water
- Cook noods for 3-4 min
- Strain
- Add noods and sauce to a hot pan and stir, this one is super saucey. Toss until noods absorb some of the sauce and becomes glossy.
- Plate up
- Add green onions/sesame/whipped truffle butter to garnish
- Slurp while hot!
