https://www.barilla.com/en-au

Barilla is the world's leading producer of pasta and three years ago celebrated its 130th anniversary. In spite of its size, Barilla is still a family owned company with all the pride and passion, which that implies. Barilla is also the world's largest buyer of durum (hard) wheat with factories throughout Italy as well as in Greece, Turkey, Brazil and the USA.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pack Barilla Protein+ Spaghetti
- 1 jar Barilla Basilico Sauce
- 20 prawns
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp chilli crisp
- 2/3 cup Kalamata olives, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp olive oil

- Parmesan and parsley to serve

Instructions:
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the Barilla Protein+ Spaghetti according to packet instructions.
2. Meanwhile, heat your oil in a large frypan over medium/high. Add the garlic followed by the prawns and pan fry prawns on both sides until just cooked through. Remove prawns from the pan.

Crispy Chilli Oil Prawn Penne by 🌶️🍤

This crispy chilli oil prawn pasta is your sign to level up weeknight dinners.
Simple, bold, and packed with flavour you’ll be making this on repeat.

Recipe:
Start by drizzling olive oil into a pan, then add 3–4 tbsp crispy chilli oil. Add 6–8 crushed garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant.
Slice a punnet of cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the pan. Season with salt and pepper and cook until softened. Use the back of a spoon to gently crush the tomatoes into a rustic sauce.
Stir in 4 tbsp tomato paste, then pour in 1–1½ cups of reserved pasta water. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add 500g prawns (seasoned with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika) and cook until they turn pink and are just done.
Meanwhile, cook your Barilla Al Bronzo Penne Rigate until al dente. Toss the pasta straight into the sauce and mix well to coat.
Finish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
