Our home greenhouse has got a bumper beefsteak tomato crop this year. The tomato seeds were planted in the beginning of January and have been given us a crop for the last month or two ,so they have given me a idea to brew a small batch of beer with some of the crop.

It's finally here! Our first whisky Alexandria No 1 ready to be released this Saturday 23 May!

Alexandria No 1 is a single cask, single malt whisky that is unblended and drawn entirely from one individual barrel! Each bottle tells an unique story shaped by time, wood and the environment!

2 Hour Bonsai Workshop - 2 Halfs Brewing Distilling, Alexandria

Bring friends. Craft beer. Craft trees.

Bonsai and Brews is a fun, easygoing workshop to share with friends or family, where you leave with a great story (and your own bonsai tree).

This beginner-friendly 2 hour workshop gets you hands-on from the start. Bonsai expert Mason guides you through potting, shaping, and wiring a bonsai, drawing on 30 years of experience and plenty of humour to keep things relaxed.

No experience needed, if you can hold a pair of scissors, you’ll be just fine.

Grab your drink of choice, settle in, and enjoy two hours of practical learning. You’ll head home with your own bonsai, how to care for it, and the confidence to keep it growing long after the event.

You’ll go home with:

A bonsai tree you choose yourself

A ceramic bonsai pot

Two hours of hands-on bonsai learning and wisdom

Ongoing support through the nursery and online resources

We’ll provide everything you need to work with:

A drink on us!

Bonsai soil and materials

Shears for trimming

Bamboo for digging

Wiring and shaping tools

Today is our birthday and we wanted to acknowledge all the hard and good times we had over the last 5 years! It has been a roller coaster but we've hold it tight and survived the craziest ride of our lives!

We hope the next five are going to be smooth cruising but who knows!?

We have something big coming soon (we couldn't made it happen for today) and we will celebrate on the 23 MAY! So pencil your calendar and follow for more information coming soon!
