Most of us know we should be eating more fibre, but online advice has become increasingly extreme. One post tells you to eat more, the next says you should be “fibremaxxing” and aiming for 50g a day.
The reality is much simpler. Most adults should aim for around 25–30g of fibre a day, coming from a variety of foods and increased gradually so your digestive system has time to adjust.
I’ve created Fibre Feast, a completely free mini cookbook containing a five-step guide, practical fibre cheat sheets and 20 simple recipes, including salmon and sweet potato trays, creamy bean dishes, breakfast ideas and chocolate raspberry treats.
Comment FIBRE below and I’ll send the cookbook straight to your DMs. ❤️
