We often get asked how do you use Hot Honey so here is a gem....

👉 Hot Honey, Ricotta & Sourdough Toast

​The ultimate sweet, creamy, salty flavor bomb with a touch of heat. Here is how to build it:

​The Base: One thick slice of rustic sourdough, aggressively toasted for maximum crunch.

​The Cloud: A generous, thick slather of full-cream ricotta (whipped with a pinch of salt). For Sydney locals we love Paesanella Cheese ❤️

​The Drizzle: A heavy drizzle of our fermented hot honey to add the sweetness and a touch of heat 🌶️

​The Finish: Sprinkle some sea salt, cracked black pepper, and a few fresh thyme leaves over the top for an extra hit of flavour.

​Simple, fast, and absolutely elite. Eat it while the bread is hot and the cheese is cool.

This one is zesty, fruit, sweet and sour and perfect for pouring over Mexican and fish. Think tacos, nachos, baked salmon. Anything where you want that fresh, zingy tang.
