It's our tag line but it's more than that. It's what we are building for and what every product is created for.

If it doesn't bring something new to your plate why would you buy it? It has to be flavour packed or it doesn't deserve to be on your kitchen table.

Hot Honey...is it just warmed up honey? A great question we got from the TODAY
The short answer is no.

The long answer is that it takes a long time to make our Hot Honey. Months of fermenting our Aussie Habaneros, before blending this in with our honey and a touch of native wattle seed.

Good things take time.
