About us

We are FERMERIE, in the new kiosk at Place de Brouckère, selected as the food concept by the commune of Brussels.

FERMERIE offers a menu, based on the supply of seasonal fruits and vegetables by local urban farmers in and around Brussels to bring back contact with nature in our daily meals and promote responsible consumption. Our menu includes combinations of fresh and healthy vegan bowls, desserts, coffee and organic drinks, following the principles of zero waste for takeaway.
