A little fall colour for the Thanksgiving table đŸ‚đŸŒ» This autumn arrangement was submitted to the Circle Farms Community Gallery by Breanne Burch (Breanne ❁ Burch Acres) from Drayton Valley, AB.

Afternoon White Cosmos and Orange Flash Calendula are both great choices for fall gardens and arrangements. Cosmos can continue blooming into fall, while calendula is known for its cool-weather tolerance and can keep flowering as temperatures drop.

A great example of how flowers from the garden can come together to make a beautiful seasonal centerpiece. Thanks for sharing it with us, Breanne!

One little step that can save you a lot of guessing next spring đŸŒ±

When saving seeds, remember to label them! Write down the flower or vegetable variety and the year you collected the seeds so you’ll know exactly what you have when it’s time to start planting again.

Sharole’s tip: label them right away while you still remember what’s what. Your future gardening self will thank you!
