Along with legend Tim, these three will take turns selecting 1 of 6 selections (6 cheese, 6 beers, 6 w**es) and the others have to pair one of their selections to see who has the best chops. Want to bring something unique to the dinner table this Thanksgiving? The Antech Reserve Extra Brut is a sparkling w**e from the Limoux region in Languedoc made from Mauzac. The grapes are fermented in the Ch*****ne method providing the w**e with flinty, biscuity notes set against granny smith apple white florals. And fun fact, long before Dom Perignon was tasting the stars, monks in Limoux were making sparkling w**es, predating Ch*****ne by 50 years!

Our new BiWeekly features are a couple of real juicy picks!

Tiger Horse Cinsault from South Africa is made from 65 year old bush vine Cinsault from the Western Cape region. Fine tannins, bright acidity and crunchy red fruit notes of pomegranate and wild cherry with a hint of herbal bitterness on the finish. This is great paired with slow roasted root vegetables (tis the season!)

The Paul Mas Cote Blanc is a blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc. Plenty of fresh acidity pairs with tropical fruit notes. This w**e is great alone and paired perfectly to open anytime.

We were fortunate to get our hands on a case of Springbank Longrow Peated Campbeltown Single Malt Wh**ky and they’re disappearing quickly.

Matured in a combo of bourbon and sherry casks, this double distilled expression is a classic offering from Campeltown’s Springbank distillery.

Longrow is named after another lost distillery of Campbeltown (which once operated right next door to Springbank and whose warehouse now houses our bottling hall), Longrow was first produced in 1973 to provide a peaty, oily and robust component to a blend being created at the time. More heavily peated and double distilled, it has been a staple in the production calendar since the 1990s.
