Sometimes, humour is the best way to handle frustration! Check out this video from Friday night, April 24th, featuring two vehicles in our parking lot during the Halls Community wing night. Did anyone happen to see something or someone suspicious while driving by?

WOW! 10 years later, we're still hopping around celebrating Easter with our amazing community! Thank you to all the parents, grandparents, and guardians who come out to enjoy the community fun together. A huge thank you to everyone who helps us set up and clean up – we couldn't do it without you! 💕 We're also incredibly grateful to the Delacour Hall board members for donating the hall to use; your generosity makes this event possible. We are so blessed to live in such a wonderful community.

We're always looking for new ideas and ways to make our Easter celebration even better, so please share your thoughts! ☺️ Hope everyone had fun.

This year, with our Easter Bunny hopping off to the Maritimes and our Face Painter jetting to Europe, we're hosting the Delacour Community Easter Egg Hunt early! Join us March 21st at the Delacour Community Hall. Kids start promptly at 1 pm, and the adult hunt kicks off at 1:30 pm (or a tad later if the little ones are still searching!). It's free, fun, and packed with prizes and food.

Hop on over for some Easter fun!

P.S. Our Easter Bunny and Face Painter will have a few items for sale to help fund their trips. Bring some cash if you'd like to support their adventures!

Another year has come and gone, and we're filled with gratitude for all of you who have supported our store, brought light and joy to our family, and made our community so special.

We're so grateful for those who have shared their lives with us, through the good times and the challenging ones. Our family feels incredibly blessed to be on this journey with you all. We've had some truly great moments at the store this year, from sharing birthdays and BBQ nights to watching the Auroras and celebrating milestones with our kids and with you.

Of course, there have been silly moments too, like slipping on freshly mopped floors! But we've also faced some tough times, including incorrect news reports, health scares, an attempted break-in, and family disagreements. On top of that, as a young owner in a family business, it's been challenging to navigate being seen as 'just the daughter' rather than a co-owner who has invested both financially and emotionally into this store. It's not always easy, but through it all, we've been reminded of the importance of community and resilience. And a special shout-out to my amazing mother-in-law, who selflessly came out to help with the store during a time of uncertainty. Her willingness to drop everything and be there for us meant the world. 🫶🏼
