Andreas Bender I Love Mosel Riesling | $25.95

Classic Mosel! Juicy apple, stone fruit, and citrus mingle with subtle floral, herbal, and honeyed notes balanced by refreshing acidity and a gently off-dry character.

Burrowing Owl Rose | $36.95

This refreshing, fruit-forward Rose is made from Cabernet Franc with the addition of 1% Malbec. It’s layered with ripe flavours of strawberry, citrus, and apricots nicely balanced by acidity.

The Flower and the Bee | $31.95

A vibrant, small-production red from Galicia, Spain, crafted by Coto de Gomariz in the historic Ribeiro region. Aged for 4 months in wood, this single varietal red w**e showcases the native Sousón grape, known for its deep coloured fresh acidity, and naturally bold structure.

Blandy’s 10 Year Old Bual | $66.95

Made from 100% Bual grapes from the island of Madeira, then aged for 10 years in American oak casks, this is a complex, layered fortified w**e that has aromas of roasted almonds, exotic spices, raisins, dates, caramel, and hoisin sauce. On the palate, it offers up apple pie, toffee, walnuts, and warm nuttiness.

The first tasting in our Alberta Wh**ky Trail series is fast approaching! Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to dive head first into the evolving realm of Alberta wh**ky. Join us on Monday October 5th, where we’ll be kicking things off right in our own backyard with drams from Burwood Distillery and Wild Life Distillery | WLD 🥃🏔️.

2026 is a big year for local wh**ky producers. Bill 24 was introduced on March 31, establishing a clear legal definition for “Alberta Wh**ky” and setting high, made-in-Alberta standards for production. There has never been a better time to explore the wh**ky being produced right here in our own backyard.
