Introducing GLAZED & CONFUSED CINNAMON BUN STOUT — our latest pastry-inspired creation that's got us feeling all warm, fuzzy and a little sticky.

🍺 4.6% ABV | 15 IBU

Brewed with REAL cinnamon buns, THREE different types of cinnamon and copious amounts of vanilla, this decadent little number is designed to replicate everything you love about the classic bakery treat.

Expect layers of warm baked cinnamon, sweet vanilla frosting, freshly baked pastry and a subtle touch of chocolate, all wrapped up in a beautifully smooth, dark stout.

We're bringing a little Korean flair to a Brewsmith favourite with October's NEW Monthly Nacho Special! 🧀🍻

Meet our KOREAN NACHOS — a mountain of crispy tortilla chips piled high with savoury Korean taco meat, melted cheese, a generous drizzle of mayo and sweet & savoury Bulgogi sauce, all topped with fresh green onions.

It's cheesy, saucy, a little messy, and absolutely packed with flavour. 🤤

Last night at the 2026 Alberta B**r Awards, we walked away with some shiny new hardware, a whole lot of pride, and a pretty special honour for our very own Head Brewer, Colin!

Lil Bière de Garde – Our collaboration with our good friends at Cold Bear Brewing Company in Ontario!

Bownesian Rhapsody: Watermelon Sour – Turns out putting 1,000 kg of watermelon into a b**r is a pretty good idea! 🍉

🥇 GOLD – Gateway No. 1 NZ Pilsner
Our collaboration with our pals at Sea Change. took home GOLD! A huge congratulations to the Sea Change crew on this one! 🇳🇿

🏆 JIM BUTTON COMMUNITY BUILDER OF THE YEAR – COLIN BALDNER

Our very own Colin was recognized for his contributions to Alberta's craft b**r community. From sharing his passion for brewing and collaborating with fellow brewers to helping build something special right here in Bowness, this recognition means the world to us.

We're incredibly proud of Colin and everything he's poured into this industry (both literally and figuratively). ❤️

Originating in Thuringia, Germany, Lichtenhainer is a nearly forgotten style that brings together three things you don’t often find in the same glass: smoke, wheat and tartness.

Brewed with oak-smoked wheat, this one hits with smoky BBQ nut character, doughy fresh bread and light fruity esters before a bright hit of lemon zest and refreshing tartness cuts through the smoke.

It’s weird. It’s smoky. It’s sour. And it absolutely works. 🔥🍋
