Little Book Chapter 10 “All the Wiser” brings together Basil Hayden, K**b Creek, Booker’s, Baker’s and Jim Beam bourbons ranging from 4 to 14 years old, with the Jim Beam component finished in sherry and toasted bourbon casks.

Lost Lore SOS Cask 004 Blanco is now available at Craft Cellars.

Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Los Altos, Jalisco, it’s traditionally cooked in stone and brick ovens, fermented with champagne yeast, and double distilled in copper pot stills with no additives: letting the agave shine from start to finish.

Look for vibrant cooked agave layered with bright citrus, black pepper, minerality, and fresh herbal notes with a clean, lingering finish.
