Gonna finish labelling the and put em on the shelves, so come on in for a sample!

They are gonna come with a little baggie of coffee beans, from the The Village Coffeehouse. In the Italian Culture, you serve 3 coffee beans in a shot of sambuca. Each bean stands for a wish for the drinker, representing health, happiness, and prosperity. And since im 1% Italian i need to honour the traditions of my people lol

YOU GUYS YOU GUYS YOU GUYS!!! Got the finished and it's tasty!! "Is it a white sambuca?" No. "Is it a black sambuca?" Also no. It's a GOLD sambuca!! Made with local, fresh, fennel, and a special secret ingredient to freshen it up.

Come in and sample it!! Should be finished bottling it tomorrow.

Happy Wednesday y'all (is it Wednesday already? Sheesh!)

Finished up the , gonna let it sit for a day, and gonna get working on another batch of our . It's one of the new products we are getting labels for and then submitting to the Canadian Artisan Spirit Competition 2027, so hopefully we get some good feedback from that.
