Valley Fries Vintage Chip Truck In Carleton Place, Ontario Hello everyone and welcome to my page! My name is Dave and I am the new and proud owner of Valley Fries.

If you are from Carleton Place you may remember my little truck formerly known as "Mikes Fries" which was a part of Carleton Place since 1934. I bought this truck because since I was a kid I've loved these fries and now it is my chance to make them!. Thank you so much for your support and I hope to see all of you soon!
