Whip up a batch the night before, and you’ve got 4 days of nutrient-dense, grab-and-go breakfast. Choose organic when you can — it’s better for you and the planet! 🌍

Beet Chia Pudding Recipe:

1 can coconut milk (slightly warmed for a uniform consistency)
1 cup kefir (dairy or non-dairy)
½ cup chia seeds
2 tbsp beet powder
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 tsp–1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
Mix well, shake every 5 mins for 15 mins, then refrigerate.
Top with berries, nuts, & a little low-sugar granola in the AM.

🥛 More almond milk — Two ingredients = exactly how I like it! 🙌 We go through this pretty quickly with a few smoothies a week, plus oatmeal and breakfast yogurt + berries. 🫐🥣
