Did you know that our own in house butcher, Ben, is part of the National Butchery team?

We travelled to Paris, France in 2025 to compete with a tremendously talented group of individuals at the World Butchers Challenge

The team made a statement, we were not there just to take part. We are were coming to win. We finished within 1.5 points of first, and left with a vison for the future.

We now set our sights on Brisbane, Australia in 2028.

We look forward to share the journey, and are looking forward to developing new products and sharing them with our local community.
