I canned up two different sizes of Elderberry Syrup over the weekend.

We got 12 half pint jars and 4 pint jars. We dont add any spices to our Elderberry Syrup, ours is just 4 ingredients. Elderberries, water, honey and a little lemon juice. It has a nice berry flavour. The kiddo loves taking a spoon full or having a gummy, while I like to add some to my lemon tea.
