A healthy dessert your kids will actually want to eat? Yes, please!

This yogurt bark is a tasty treat that sneaks in plenty of good stuff too (like protein, probiotics, calcium, and real fruit) 🥝 🫐 🍓

And it's super simple to make:

Mix 1.5 cups of Tree Island Yogurt and 1 tbsp of a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup in a bowl.

Spread the yogurt on a parchment-lined tray to ¼ inch thickness.

Top with fresh berries, a drizzle of honey, chocolate chips, granola, or whatever else your kids are into!

Freeze for 2 hours, break into pieces and serve.

That's it! Easy enough that kids can help make it, and yummy enough that they'll enjoy eating it too. Win-win.
