❤️❤️ To our dear HOSA community and family… 🇧🇴

Like many of the other small businesses at The Food Alley, our time there came to an unexpected end. Even so, we took so much away from the experience: the people we met, the people we were able to help, the connections we made, and all the love and support we received. Despite how difficult things were at times, it was all worth it. ❤️

And what happened afterward reminded us just how special this little food stall — and especially this community — has become.

Your messages, your shares, your words of encouragement, and of course, your orders, have meant so much to us.

And thanks to all of your support, we’ve been SELLING OUT of salteñas on the weekends! 🥟❤️

So one very important tip:

ORDER AHEAD! 😄

HOSA IS STILL HERE — and we’re still cooking. ❤️🇧🇴

📣 Every week, by Wednesday at the latest, we’ll announce:

🥟 Our weekend menu
📍 Our meeting and pickup locations
📅 Available days and times
📩 How to place your order

Quantities are limited — and our salteñas have been going fast — so we highly recommend ordering ahead so you don’t miss out.

Make sure to keep an eye on our page and stories each week. 👀🇧🇴

And while we keep doing what we love, we’re also working toward something even bigger:

Finding HOSA’s next home. 🏠❤️

If you know of a restaurant, café, commercial kitchen, or a little hidden gem somewhere in the GTA that could be the right fit for us, please send it our way.

Every recommendation, connection, and share brings us one step closer.

Thank you for continuing to support our small family business, for helping us sell out of salteñas, for telling your friends about HOSA, and for helping us share a little piece of Bolivia with Toronto. 🇧🇴❤️

This isn’t goodbye. HOSA is simply beginning a new chapter.

📩 Send us a DM or WhatsApp to place your order.

Please share this post — it may reach someone who discovers HOSA for the first time, or someone who can help us find our next home. ❤️🇧🇴

❤️❤️ A nuestra querida comunidad y familia HOSA… 🇧🇴

💛 IMPORTANT UPDATE 💛

Unfortunately, due to the hazardous air quality and unfavourable weather conditions in Toronto, HOSA Cuisine will be CLOSED today.

The health and safety of our staff, customers, and community always comes first.

⚠️ Please note: Our Anticuchos event scheduled for tomorrow is also at risk of being cancelled. We will continue monitoring the air quality and weather and will make a final decision tomorrow morning.

We know many of you were looking forward to it, and we’re just as disappointed. Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small business.

Stay safe, limit your time outdoors if possible, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as we know more.

❤️ Thank you for supporting local.

❤️ A Message to Our H.O.S.A. Family ❤️

We wanted to share a quick update with our amazing community.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, there is uncertainty surrounding the future of the market where H.O.S.A. and all of our fellow vendors operate. We have been advised that the market may close as early as July 19, affecting every small business that calls this market home.

Like the other vendors, we are facing this unexpected situation together. While we remain hopeful that a solution can be found, we are also actively looking for a new location so that, if necessary, we can continue serving our amazing customers without interruption.

For now, we are still open and will continue serving you until we are told otherwise.

This is simply the beginning of a new chapter for H.O.S.A. We’re excited to continue serving you while we search for our next location, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

If you happen to know of a great location that might be a good fit for H.O.S.A., we’d love to hear from you. With such short notice, any recommendations or connections would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for believing in H.O.S.A. and supporting us from the very beginning. Your encouragement has meant so much and has helped us share a piece of Bolivia its flavours, traditions, and culture with the Toronto community.

This isn’t goodbye, it’s simply the beginning of a new chapter. We look forward to welcoming you wherever H.O.S.A.’s next home may be.

❤️ With gratitude,
The H.O.S.A. Family 🇧🇴
