NEW Farm Alert for Chauvin, Alberta! CEDDI is excited to be launching their Hydroponic Hub Project that will be in partnership with Dr. Folkins Community School. Vertical Roots Canada was thrilled to jump in and retrofit a container farm that was no longer needed from Mama's Produce, who will be expanding their facility with a Vertical Roots Hydroponic Grow System! Delivery of the container farm will be September 10th, with operations starting mid-to-late September. Bringing education and access to year-round 100% clean hydroponic greens to this local community and surrounding area is a win for all! Stay tuned for the install, the launch, and of course…THE HARVEST!

4 cups Vertical Roots Arugula
1 Asian Pear (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (thinly peeled)
1/4 cup Walnuts (rough chopped)
Dressing
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Honey
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
