We found a lovely husband and wife team from Quebec Oysters & Caviar 🇨🇦 who have supplied us with some beautiful caviar. We did an initial order with a handful of people and are trying to determine how many other Customers may be interested. Let us know if you are when you’re in the shop next and we’ll add you to the Caviar Club list! Had a lovely Sunday brunch with Grandpa Brain at his new place, and we made some awesome beef sandwiches. While tenderloin, ribeye and striploin are always solid choices, a nice chunk of top sirloin sliced thin is a beautifully beefy and more affordable piece of meat. Oh, and Treena got the big bottle of bubbles!! Thankfully she was in a sharing mood…..

We had no idea going in, but what a great weekend….started off with Harry serving us great cocktails and food The Workshop Eatery(seriously awesome meal and drinks!!!) , then some amazing bubbles gifted by a good buddy, some solid meat and potatoes, and finished it off with a fun time watching some soccer on Sunday O’Byrne’s Irish Pub. With Father’s Day around the corner we brought in a few special items…..Some Brant Lake Wagyu tomahawks (a before and a ‘ready for the bbq’ pic!), some gorgeous T-Bones got sliced up, and we had some fun carving up a few bone in pork loins. We’re also stocked up with Wagyu ribeyes. flat iron steaks, and tri tips of those are Dad’s favourites. Lots of the regular goodies as well.
