This past weekend, we had the opportunity to enjoy a true farm to table experience at Anohka Distillery as part of Alberta Open Farm Days .

We enjoyed an absolutely stunning meal created by the incredibly talented Winnie Chen of Fu’s Repair Shop featuring world-class beef from 1899 Beef Co. / Modern Pastures served alongside super tasty Anohka cocktails.

It was an unforgettable evening from start to finish and we were so fortunate to experience such an amazing display of local passion, businesses, and talent firsthand. Also, thanks to Gurpreet Singh Ranu for shouting us out a couple times 😉☺️

Thirsty Thursday!
Today, Stephen is wrapping up his series on The Jason Gregor Show with a blind tasting!
Two weeks ago, we poured some modern craft beers, and last week we cracked open some traditional classics.

August 1st 2026. End of an Era.
For the past 16+ years, Shannon has been a driving force behind pretty much every aspect of Sherbrooke. We wouldn’t be who we are today without her!

After today though, Shannon is embarking on new adventures! We’ll sure miss her, but we’re so happy for what’s next for her!
