I am overflowing with Exponential Joy today.

I had the absolute privilege of working with the sweetest little soul — a Boston/French terrier — and his beautiful human. Both were carrying physical discomfort, and more importantly, the emotional weight connected to it.

This is where healing becomes powerful.

Using Exponential Joy energy, combined with intuitive support like Bach flower essences and energetic alignment, I supported both of them — not just at the level of symptoms, but at the level of connection.

Because pain is never just physical.
And healing is never just one-dimensional.

What I witnessed was a shift… a softening… a release.

And that is everything.

Knowing that I can help both pets and their humans reconnect to ease, comfort, and joy fills my heart in the biggest way.

This is why I do what I do.

This is Exponential Joy.
This is connection.

One of the most powerful shifts on the journey to Exponential Joy is radical authenticity — the moment you stop organizing your life around the opinions of others.

For years, many people shape their lives around approval. They soften their truth, silence their voice, or shrink their dreams so others feel comfortable.

Exponential Joy invites something entirely different.

It asks you to live from the inside out.

Joy multiplies when you align your life with your truth, your values, and the energy that genuinely nurtures your spirit.

Transformation can feel like waves moving through your life. Forward, back, and then stirring deeply beneath the surface. In that stirring comes clarity.

Fire walkers step over the burning coals of life with a fierce determination because they understand that fear of pain is greater than temporary discomfort.

I began my journey as a fire walker because I needed to heal the wounds that had been inflicted on me. Voodoo Witch Priestess were the words spat at me when I shared my gift as a psychic medium. There were worst words used to tarnish my reputation when I practised the divine art of tarot. I stayed the course and surrendered to the guidance of my angels who guided my healing.

35 years of staying the course and walking the path as a spiritual warrior taught me that I am gifted. Helping others understand their journey is a blessing. Each day I rise, I tune into Spirit and allow their messages to flow. Sharing the love on my Daily Dose of Joy has been my mission.

I woke from a dream that showed me an altered reality filled with fear. The badness of this place was in the feeling of loss of control. I was once again making decisions that served the highest good of others and stole from my own. I knew that my angels were reminding me of the power within my ability to stay the course toward my big dream.

Coffee didn’t clear the cobwebs of the fear that had wrapped around me. I knew that my sacred smudging ritual would help me connect with the love of divine. The message I received was exact, “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.”

Learning to lean into love and have faith has helped me continually leap forward with a faith that keeps me soaring above my fears. This is the place I need to stay in every day and remember that my angels have my back. What I need to do is continue forward one step at a time. Continual effort creates fabulous results!

Cheers to staying the course and loving the adventure of the journey!

I walked down the beach collecting shells hoping to find the answer to untangle the unforgiving wreckage of addiction. How had my life become such a tangled web of deceit? What had I done wrong to allow myself to become the woman who didn’t see the red flags that lined the highway to hell?

Women like me didn’t sign up for being the wife of an addict yet here I was on the journey to a better place. I looked to the ocean and asked her to help me find a path to healing. The first step to healing my life began with complete surrender and accepting that my life had spiralled out of control.

In the moment I knew that I did not have control over anyone, including me. Even though I felt
uncomfortable with the afflicted was doing or not doing, I reminded myself that I was powerless over the addicted and I was powerless over my compulsion to act in inappropriate ways.

My healing journey began 18 years ago, the steps I took after led me to a place where joy lives now.
