Yesterday was Evan’s last day at the Peasant.

He started out as a dishwasher with us almost 3 years ago and gradually made his way up to Pizza Cook.

You don’t often find people that will come into your business and care as much as this guy does, especially at such a young age. Watching him learn and grow in this role has been an absolute pleasure. You’re a rockstar Evan.

Too bad you have terrible taste in hockey teams.
