Genuinely couldn’t tell you if it’s the sourdough starter or the browned butter (or a little bit of both) that is the secret to my cookie dough, but whatever the combination is, it makes a pretty darn near perfect cookie 🍪✨

Browning butter takes time, and honestly can be a bit tedious, but it’s oh so worth it! 🧈
