Meat Craft Nanaimo Butchery We're a locally owned specialty butcher shop specializing in local, ethically farm raised meats. We Meat Craft is a full service, family owned butcher shop.

We are passionate about food and bring that passion into the products we make; from our in house made sausages and marinates to the quality of the cuts we sell. Our focus is to provide our customers with LOCAL, Free Range and Ethically raised meat that we can feel confident selling to our community and feeding to our families. We source all of our products from small local farms who share the same values as we do. Taste begins with the breed, feed and quality of life for the animal.

Tender beef chuck roast swimming in our rich, flavour-packed birria sauce. Just dump it in the slow cooker, go about your day, and come home to melt-in-your-mouth shredded beef.
