🥟 One-pan Dumplings
Ingredients
1lb ground beef
2 carrots, grated
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
2 cloves garlic, grated
3 green onions, chopped
1 or 2 Chinese sausage, finely chopped (optional)
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Japanese Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Honey Ginger White Balsamic Vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Dumpling wrappers
1 cup chicken stock or water
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, carrots, ginger, garlic, green onions, Chinese sausage(if using), soy sauce, sesame oil, honey ginger balsamic, salt & pepper.
2. Mix well and form into small meatballs
3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
4. Place a dumpling wrapper over each meatball.
5. Pour in the stock or water, cover with lid and steam for 12 - 15 minutes, or until the meatballs is fully cooked and the wrappers are tender.
6. Serve and enjoy!
