No Wednesday evening market, no Farmer's Market. With the Fall Fair coming up this Saturday Aug 29, this week our Thursday Farm Stand is the ONLY option to shop our produce. We will have an amazing selection, with restock throughout the day - so no rush to be here at opening. Open 10-4.

We've been using row covers to protect our leafy greens and young plants for a few years now. We used to be able to grow without them, but the local population of sparrows is healthy and loves to eat our plants! We even have to cover the bean plants until we start harvesting. This is what the bean plants look like after two weeks without protection. 😳 😳 😳

All stocked up at the Pender Islands Farmers' Market! We've got lots of basil - large bunches of Genovese for pesto, Thai and purple. Also sweet and hot peppers, zucchini, cucumbers, beans, tomatoes, berries, apples and more.

These little friends are everywhere! But especially in the harvest bins on our wash station. Pretty sure when we relocate them from the bins to the closest garden, they come right back. 🐸 💚 🐸

All stocked at the Pender Islands Farmers' Market! We've got lots of basil today - small bags, large bags and x-large bunches for pesto making. Also juicing carrots, peppers (sweet and hot), kohlrabi, kale, potatoes, apples, berries and more. We'll be here from 9:30-1 today - hope to see you!
