If you’re in the Perth area and love fresh, homemade sourdough, you can find Two Hearts Homestead loaves at the Perth Shell gas station every Wednesday morning around 10 a.m. 🥖

I’m a small home-based bakery in Perth, making naturally leavened, long-fermented sourdough bread with simple ingredients and no preservatives.

🍞 Flavours vary every week, so be sure to follow Two Hearts Homestead on Facebook to see what’s available each Wednesday, as well as upcoming markets, events, and other local offerings!

Heading to a Thanksgiving gathering? Wednesday is a great time to grab a fresh sourdough loaf at the gas station and tuck it away in the freezer until you need it!

Simply thaw, give the loaf a light spritz of water, and pop it in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350°F for a beautifully crisp crust and warm, fresh-tasting centre. ❤️ Perfect for Thanksgiving dinner or feeding a crowd!

I’m away with family this week, so there are no fresh loaves at Shell today, September 16th. If you’re looking for bread, there are still frozen loaves available—just ask the Shell staff for photos and they’ll be happy to help!

Fresh loaves will resume next week. 🥖

In the meantime, Two Hearts Homestead will be at the Perth Farmers Market this Saturday, September 20th, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. We’d love to see you there! ❤️
