Honey Cake 🍯🤍

This is one of those cakes that doesn’t need anything complicated — the most important thing is that every layer tastes truly delicious.

My Honey Cake is made with multiple thin honey layers and a delicate sour cream filling. After assembling, the cake rests and absorbs all the cream, becoming incredibly soft, moist, and almost melting in your mouth.

And just like with all my desserts, balance is very important to me. My Honey Cake is not overly sweet. You can really taste the honey, the slight tanginess of the sour cream filling, and the delicate sweetness of the layers. 🍯
