Hey everyone hope you all had a great summer.

Throwing this up in case anyone wants to grab a brisket before it goes away for the winter. I am catering my last event Oct 3rd. I have room for about 3 more briskets. If anyone wants to grab one this will be my last cook for the year! Price is $275-300 a brisket depends on the size I get delivered to me. Easily feeds upwards of 15/20 people.

Hey everyone!! Hope everyone had amazing long weekend!!

Figured I would throw a post up I am catering an event this weekend and have some room on the smoker.

If anyone would like a brisket I am smoking them Friday and you can pickup anytime Saturday! Whole briskets will feed easily 20 ppl. Price is $250 each!
