🚨SPECIAL TAPROOM ONLY BEER RELEASE🚨

We partnered with the Gleaning Abundance Program of Prince George Everyone At the Table PG to make two special beers featuring locally harvested berries. We've made a Haskap Smoothie Sour AND a Saskatoon Berry Session Ale. Many, many berries were harmed in the making of these, so they definitely taste like summer in a glass. Only a couple of kegs of each are available, so hurry in!

Partial proceeds will be donated back to GAP PG.

The Hot Honey Gobbler is this weeks Feature Sando.
We brined and smoked the turkey breast, its on a croissant with a herby cream cheese, a drizzle of Zing Pantry Hot Honey, Cosmic Crisp apple slices and spinach!! Shes a beauty!!

Soups today are Hungarian Mushroom and Loaded Baked Potato (GF)

I have cheesey cornbread, Honey mustard potato salad a lemony pasta salad. Fresh pretzels🥨 and of course the Girl Dinner Feature Dog is available all week.

Friendly PSA from your local hole-in-the-wall brewery...We love when you come visit us! Our hours are 4-9pm Tuesday and Wednesday. 12-9pm Thursday-Saturday.

If you swing by and it's not during hours, you might see us looking a little ramshackle from the outside. You might see the closed sign and the hours on the door, but the door is open, a fan and maybe a carpet or something is blocking the entrance, lights and open sign are off, and music is likely blasting.....Thank you for stopping by, but NO WE ARE NOT OPEN. NO, WE CAN'T STOP WHAT WE ARE DOING BECAUSE YOU JUST NEED SOMETHING REALLY QUICK. NO, YOU CAN'T "JUST EAT" IN HERE BECAUSE THE OTHER PLACE IS FULL.

YES, we are here working hard making and packaging beer for you, but that's really hot work and we're just trying to get some airflow. PLEASE don't just scramble over the fan or other items to come in. That's not safe for you! and can cause unsafe distractions for us.

This weeks Feature Dog : The Girl Dinner Dog
This has all my favorite components of "Girl dinner" And of course some choices to make 🤣

🧀Cheese ✅️We've got our cheddar ale dip as the base, then of course the weiner

🍖 Meats ✅️quick fried Salami Strips ontop of the weiner,

🥒Pickles✅️ and your first choice. We have 2 varieties of Mandis Mickles relish to choose from, the sneaky kick has a low end of medium spice to it with the addition of some chili's, or the Dill relish which is made with all 3 of the fermented dill variations, garlic, tangy spicey.

Crackers✅️ Are you Team Triscuit or Team Ritz?

If you know us, you know that we love bats! So here is some great info for this time of year.

Bats are on the move - leave them alone.

The BC Community Bat Program is encouraging residents to leave bats alone. At this time of year bats are moving around a lot. This means people are more likely to see them. For the safety of both people and the bats, it’s important to remember to leave them alone and to never touch a bat.

In areas where there are forest fires, bats are also getting displaced. This Silver-haired bat was found on a wall outside someone's house. It may be a young of the year or a displaced bat from a forest fire, or a bat that has begun it's migration.

Give it a break. Bats are protected under the BC Wildlife Act. It’s important to leave them alone. Bats will fly off in the evening or after a few days.

Still thinking of a name but here is this weeks feature dog!! It starts with a mix of mayo and Suspicious Cyclops hot sauce the mayo isnt too hot, just enough for some flavor. Then topped with chopped celery and crumbled blue cheese. Finished with the hot sauce straight up, this is where you tell me whether you want a little or a lot 🔥🔥
Suspicious Cyclops Sauce is also of course sold in the store

Shops open!!
🌭The Carolina Slaw dog has stepped on ad the feature dog today!! Essentially its our Carolina Chili Dog topped with Coleslaw!
🥪The BBQ CHICKEN SANDO is available today
Smoked chicken tossed in Torque BBQ sauce, mayo,cheddar,red onions, peppers and spring mix
🍞 we also have 2 loaves of locally made sourdough still on the shelf. 10%off today!! This stuff is delicious, I just made myself a cucumber sandwich for breakfast with it ☺️
