BBQ Trip to Canada – 10 Years of Freya Logging Inc.

What an incredible trip!
It was a real privilege to be part of the 10th Anniversary of Logging Inc. in Prince George, BC.

Great people, big machines, plenty of smoke, fire, BBQ and unforgettable moments.
Thank you to the whole Freya Logging crew for the amazing hospitality and for making us feel so welcome.

Es war etwas ganz Besonderes, beim 10-jährigen Jubiläum von Logging Inc. in Prince George, British Columbia, dabei sein zu dürfen.
Grossartige Leute, grosse Maschinen, viel Rauch, Feuer, BBQ und jede Menge unvergessliche Momente.
Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das ganze Freya-Logging-Team für die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft und die tolle Zeit.

Mir möched üs herzlich bi allne bedanke, wo bi üs a de Frühlings-Tavolata debii gsi sind. Es isch e riesigi Freud gsi, mit eu en gmüetliche Aabig voller Guets us de Region, feinem Ässe und schöne Gspröch z verbringe.

Vo de Spargelterrine über s Kernotto bis zur Hanfglace mit Spargel-Erdbeerpizza – jede Gang isch mit vill Liebi vorbereitet worde und het dörfe gnosse werde. 💚

Es grosses Dankeschön gaht a alli, wo mitgholfe händ, a üsi Produzente und natürlich a eu Gäscht. Ihr händ dä Aabig zu öppis Bsunderem gmacht.

Mir freued üs scho jetzt uf d nächst Tavolata und uf vill wiiteri schöni Begegnige bi üs uf em Hof.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our Spring Tavolata. It was a pleasure to share an evening filled with regional ingredients, creative dishes, and great conversations.

From asparagus terrine and creamy kernotto to h**p ice cream with asparagus-strawberry pizza, every course was prepared with care and enjoyed together. 💚

A special thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible, to our local producers, and of course to all our guests. You made this evening truly special.

We are already looking forward to the next Tavolata and to creating many more memorable moments around the table.
