Join us this Thursday with local artist Natasha Lepine as she goes through the importance of nature being represented in any art medium, and how to channel that influence into your own unique b**r label design! Together, you’ll brainstorm autumn-themed puns, explore colour pallets, and learn about necessary steps such as concept sketching. In the end, you’ll be able to take home your own bottle, provided by Barkerville Brewery, that will proudly display your creation!

⚖ 18 KARAT ALE ⚖

Did you know that this was the first b**r we ever brewed here at Barkerville Brewing?
Our OG is still going strong and is a firm favourite with many of our regulars!

It's also a three-time Canadian Brewing Award winner!

This Northwest style amber ale is well balanced with just enough malt presence to keep the bold hop presence in check. The Northwest hops yield abundant citrus aromas and flavours, with a slight earthiness. This crisp ale has a medium dry finish, helping to showcase the hop contributions.

Also, shoutout to Chad and Ben who came in for a quiet b**r on the patio last week, and ended up getting roped in to aggressively cheers-ing the cans for this photo, and both got covered in b**r - thanks for being great sports! 😂

This week it's Kaiya's turn to showcase her favourite Barkerville Brewing b**r, and she's chosen our newly-returned Wake Up Jake (definitely not a coincidence...)!

Named after the famous bar and saloon in the heart of Barkerville, Wake Up Jake is a bold, roasted coffee ale made with in-house roasted coffee beans from our good friends at The Den by Moonshine Coffee Roasters!
