IT'S STAFF FAVOURITE TIME AGAIN!

Ciaran's pick is our Prospector's Pilsner, an absolute staple at Barkerville Brewing and also our biggest seller!

The Prospector's Pilsner is a crisp, hand-crafted, perfectly balanced brew with character enough to help weather any storm. A cool, slow fermentation allows the noble hops to shine, but not overpower the Pilsner malt aroma. A touch of malted rye adds an ever-so-slight spiciness to the dry finish of this full-bodied beer.

Available on tap in our taproom, and currently for off-sales in our 8-Pack boxes from us and select liquor stores!

We're looking to offer a variety of workshops this coming Fall & Winter, and are taking applications NOW!

If you've ran workshops before, or have an idea for one that you could run in our taproom, please get in touch and lets bring the community together!
We have hosted the likes of fly-tying, painting, felting, tie-dying, and pottery workshops in the past - and we're always open to new ideas that are fun, creative and engaging for everyone!

🎂 Happy Birthday, Chantal! 🎉

We’re pretty sure every brewery needs a Chantal. In fact, we regularly say we wish we could clone her!

Chantal has been doing double duty with us, working in the taproom while also taking on weekly admin responsibilities that help keep things organized and on schedule. She is always on it, notices what needs to be done, and is never afraid to take care of it. She is consistently pleasant, patient, and oh-so-helpful, making everyone feel welcome and well taken care of.

Her reliability, initiative, and genuinely wonderful attitude make her such an important part of the Barkerville Brewing team. We’re incredibly lucky to have you, Chantal! Cheers to you!

Next up in our Staff Favourite series is Ksenya with our High Stakes Imperial IPA!

Originally brewed in February of 2017 to celebrate our 3rd anniversary, it quickly established itself as one of our most popular brands. This smooth Northwest imperial IPA features hints of soft pineapple, succulent stone fruit, ripe grapefruit, and sticky pine forest balanced with a subtle malt base.

With an IBU of 80 and an ABV of 8%, it packs a punch - and damn it's good!

Happy Birthday, Craig! 🎉

Craig started with us in the taproom, and while you can still catch him behind the bar from time to time, he’s taken on some pretty big new roles with Barkerville Brewing as our Social Media Manager & Events Coordinator.

And WOW, has he made an impact.

Our social media has never been better, our events have been rolling out so well, and we’re really starting to see people take notice of what’s happening here at the brewery. Craig has brought such a strong voice, personality, and creative energy to both our online and in-person presence, and we couldn’t be more excited about it.

We’re so grateful to have you on the team, Craig, and we’re very excited to see where you take things next!

You may be tempted to come down to the brewery and celebrate with him today… but you’ll have to wait! Craig is currently off to Scotland with his family. 🥃🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
