Meet Olivia!

Olivia has been part of the Caps crew for about 2 months, and she’s already found her go-to b**r: Stovepipe. As a big dark chocolate fan, it’s an easy favourite!
Her favourite part about working at Caps is getting to meet and chat with new people. Outside of the brewery, Olivia loves walking her dog, golfing, and getting crafty. 🎨⛳️
Olivia also recently graduated from teacher’s college, so she’s got plenty keeping her busy both inside and outside the brewery!
We’re happy to have you on the team, Olivia! 🍻

From B**r to Farm 🐄🌾🍻

Our spent grain doesn’t go to waste! Instead of ending up in the garbage, we give it a second life by sending it to local farmers to feed their animals. ♻️

Just one of the ways we’re working to keep things local, reduce waste, and make the most of what we have! 🌱

We’re incredibly honoured to be named a CSB 100 Honouree!

When we opened our doors in 2019, it was just the two of us, wearing all the hats and figuring it out as we went. Seven years later, we’re incredibly proud of what Caps Off has become and even more proud of the people who helped build it. We could never do this on our own, our faith guiding us and you all by our side.

Here’s to the people who made it possible!

Okay, hear us out… b**r + ice cream. 🍺🍦

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Shaw's Ice Cream to bring you our Stout Float - a rich, velvety stout topped with a scoop of their creamy vanilla Ice Cream.

Think roasted malt, chocolate + coconut meets sweet, creamy vanilla. Basically, dessert… but make it b**r. 👀
