As the saying goes…

🌧️ With every cloud (Blackwood Events Inc. under the stars night market being cancelled due to rain) there is a silver lining (got to visit my favourite Asian market Justgoody Mart) 🌈

Tonight I only made two things, the garlic rice and the fried eggs… lol 😂 but we also throughly enjoyed Tempura Shrimp, Korean Rice Cakes-Topokki and the Cured Pork-Tocino

90 Second Microwave Gluten Free Bread Recipe…

✔️In one bowl mix: 3 Tbsp almond flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional) and if seasoning your bread use 1 tsp of any A Spice Affair's suggested seasonings below (A Spice Affair seasonings are 100% Gluten Free)

✔️In another bowl: mix 1 1/2 Tbsp melted butter and 1 egg

✔️Combine wet and dry ingredients, place in microwavable dish of your choice. As i mentioned in the video, you can use a ramekin for breakfast/small sandwich or can use a square for a lunch size sandwich (If doing a lunch size bread might be best to double the recipe so you get two great sized slices of bread.

❗️Maple Mustard Dip
Mix together: 2 Tbsp mustard, 3 Tbsp mayo, 1 Tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp A Spice Affair Maple Mustard Seasoning

‼️SUGGESTIONS:
~Use ASA Maple Mustard with ham and egg
~Use ASA Everything Vegan Bacon with lettuce and tomato
~Use ASA Everything Bagel with cream cheese
~Use ASA Berry Magic for a strawberry shortcake

Pickle Pizza Recipe

What you’ll need: Naan Bread, Dill Pickles, Jerkin Pickles, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Fresh Dill, A Spice Affair Dill Pickle Seasoning

Step 1: Make dip. Mix 1 cup sour cream with 2.5 Tbsp Dill Pickle Seasoning and spread over Naan breads. Not too thick but so you can’t see the bread through the dip.

Step 2: Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese per pizza on top of dip.

Step 3: Slice dill pickles and jerkin pickles. Add as many as you would prefer on your pizza.

Step 5: Sprinkle on parmesan cheese and fresh dill

Broil on low for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Let cool and ENJOY!
