Farming runs on a year cycle. You put in the work across all twelve months to earn the crop at the end of it, and to understand what it actually takes to grow barley, malt it, and turn it into a really good b**r.

For the fifth generation of Hiltons, that means more than keeping the operation running. It means growing it, fine-tuning the process, and never settling for how it was done last year. There's always a better job to be done.

What makes a b**r craft? For Sterling Hilton, it starts with malt barley.

Some large brewers cut back on barley and use substitutes like corn syrup to make their recipes cheaper.

At Origin, we stick with what b**r was originally made from, because it makes a better b**r at the end of the day.
