We use a variety of different flour blends in our recipes to cater to as many customers as possible. Typical gluten free breads are full of flours and starches that will raise your blood sugar. le starch as possible and use flours higher in protein. Here at the Broken Bread Bakery we do not believe that all gluten free baking needs to be full of fat and sugar to it taste good.
