Happy Thanksgiving from Dear Grain. 🍂🦃🥧

Our Thanksgiving Stuffing Buns are here for the weekend, made to bring all the best parts of stuffing into our slow-fermented sourdough buns.

Also available October 8–11, our Pumpkin Spice Pecan Loaf. Pumpkin purée and warming spices meet toasty pecans in a softly textured loaf with a subtle sweetness. Perfect toasted with butter, served alongside brunch, or added to the Thanksgiving table.

A quick note that all Dear Grain locations will be closed October 12 and 13. We’ll see you after the long weekend.

After many months of waiting, Dear Grain Summerhill is almost ready. 🍞☕️

We joined this development over 18 months ago, and it’s hard to believe the day is almost here. We’re so excited to finally become part of the Summerhill community and bring a little Dear Grain magic to the neighbourhood.

Slow-fermented sourdough, fresh pastries, good coffee, and plenty more are on the way.

We’re popping up at Roncesvalles Polish Festival this weekend, and we’re bringing the ultimate crossover: our Pierogi Danish. Flaky, buttery layers packed with seasoned potato, rich caramelized onion, and tangy cheddar.

!!! A quick heads up for next week. 📣🍞

Due to our move to the new Cumberland production facility, our Dear Grain retail stores will have reduced bread availability on September 22 and 23.

On Tuesday, September 22, we’ll have limited loaf availability, with fresh sourdough focused on Super Seeded, Porridge, Classic Country and Cheese Oval.

On Wednesday, September 23, Silhouette and Feature loaves will be unavailable, but all other sourdough will be fully stocked.

Our coffee bar and pastry counter will be running as usual both days. We recommend stocking up this weekend if you have a favourite loaf in mind.

Thanks for bearing with us through a couple of bread-light days. We can’t wait to share what’s next from Cumberland.💛
