Tropical Cauliflower Tacos are back!

These have cracked Kieran's top-5-Crisper-recipes-of-all-time more than once (& that's saying something!).

Cauliflower provides a crunchy, meaty bite and the pineapple salsa adds a bit of sweetness. With a little bit of mild hot sauce infused with maple syrup, you have a perfect mix of sweet and spicy all ready in 25 mins or less.

It's here are 7 things to do with your corn husks this summer (save for corn season! 📌):

1. Natural grill wrapper
Soak in water, wrap fish, shrimp, or veggies, and grill. Built-in steam, built-in flavour all without foil.

2. Corn husk broth
Simmer husks with onion, garlic, and herbs for a naturally sweet stock. Risotto, soups, grains - trust us!

3. Tamale wrap
The OG use for corn husks! Soak them, fill them, fold them, steam them and enjoy!

4. Compost gold
Husks break down fast and add serious nitrogen to your pile. One of the best things you can feed your garden all summer.

5. Garden mulch
Shred them and layer around your plants. They'll help to retain moisture, suppress weeds, all for free!

6. Natural grill liner
No parchment? No problem. Lay damp husks flat on your grill grates to keep delicate food from sticking or falling through.

7. Pet enrichment
Rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds love to chew and forage through dried husks!
