Will it finally come home for the lads from England football team ?

As much as I am a diehard Canadian, I am a Three Lions 🦁 fan first when it comes to football 🤣.

To kick off England's campaign this afternoon, there's no better game day meal than with a classic Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas!

TODAY is the day.

The first time Canada Soccer and CANMNT will be kicking off their WC campaign in the north, in the 6ix and in our territory.

Regardless of the challenges today to get around Toronto 🇨🇦 just for today, we still got to fuel up for an awesome pregame or postgame meal for our lads donning the red and white.

I could have gone extreme with today’s game day meal, but it all goes back to one of our favourite dishes we love as a nation: Poutine.

Fresh cut fries. Cheese curds. Piping hot sizzling gravy. And maybe a few toppings here and there.

That to me is the ultimate game day meal for today especially with the Make It Meaty Poutine from Real Sports Bar & Grill with freshly smoked BBQ Chicken, steaming braised beef brisket and crispy bacon!
