After years of working in one of Toronto's finest hotels,I've decided to take up a new challenge and create Notre Dame Gourmet,a personal catering service. My goal is to bring authentic dishes from my childhood, and my culinary travels using the freshest local ingredients available.

Just finished doing Lobster Clam Jam,the event was a good time,sadly tomorrow's event has been cancelled due to the bad forecasted weather. Ah mother nature !!!
