I’ve heard this referred to as “baby Vin Jaune” which is maybe little condescending and maybe a little true.

I look forward to this Savagnin release every year. The oxidative nose is intoxicating and more floral than say fino sherry.

Caves Jean Bourdy is one of the oldest domaines in the Jura. Created in the late 1400’s, the Domaine is now run by brothers Jean-Phillipe and Jean-François, the 15th generation of w**emakers at this estate.
