🚨 Before you buy your next supplement… take 30 seconds and swipe through this. ➡️

A few years ago, I started asking questions I’d never thought to ask before.

Not…

❌ Which product is the most popular?

But…

✅ Who owns the company?
✅ Who formulates the products?
✅ How are they tested?
✅ What standards do they follow?
✅ Is there real science behind what’s inside?

The answers completely changed the way I choose my supplements.

This isn’t about fear.

It’s about being an informed consumer and understanding the questions that matter.

👉 Swipe all the way to the end. The last few slides explain exactly what gave me confidence and why I ultimately made a different choice.

I’d love to hear your thoughts…

Have you ever researched the company behind the supplements you take?

In 1910, Abraham Flexner published a report on the state of American medical education — commissioned and funded by the Carnegie Foundation, with significant involvement from the Rockefeller Foundation.

The Flexner Report concluded that most American medical schools were inadequate. It recommended standardisation around a German model of medicine — laboratory-based, pharmaceutical-oriented, and rooted in what became known as allopathic medicine.

The report's recommendations were adopted. Medical schools that did not meet the new standards lost funding and accreditation. Between 1910 and 1935: the number of medical schools in America fell from 155 to 66. Schools teaching herbal medicine, homeopathy, naturopathy, and other approaches to health were largely eliminated or marginalised.

The pharmaceutical orientation of the new medical model required: drugs. Drugs were derived increasingly from petrochemicals. John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil was the primary source of petrochemical derivatives from which many pharmaceutical compounds were synthesised.

The Rockefeller Foundation simultaneously funded medical schools, funded pharmaceutical research, and held financial interests in companies that benefited from a pharmaceutical-based medical system.

This is documented in the foundation's own annual reports and in academic histories of medical education.

The alignment between the educational reform, the pharmaceutical model it promoted, and the industrial interests of its primary funder: has been examined by historians of medicine who have noted the structural conflict of interest.

No claim is made here that the Flexner Report was fraudulent. Much of what it recommended improved safety and rigour in medical education. The question historians ask: was the complete elimination of alternative approaches necessary — or convenient?

💬 The foundation that funded medical school standardisation had financial interests in the pharmaceutical industry those schools would rely on. That's documented. What do you think about who shapes what medicine looks like?

Have you ever stood in front of a shelf and wondered… How do I know which one is actually good? 🤔

There are hundreds of brands selling what looks like the same product. Different labels.
Different prices.
Different promises.

Before you put anything into your body, ask yourself:

✅ Who formulated it?
✅ Is there real science behind it? ✅ Is it tested for quality and purity? ✅ Where do the ingredients come from?
✅ Can the company prove what’s on the label is actually in the bottle? ✅ Would I trust this enough for someone I love?

Your body deserves more than clever marketing. It deserves quality.

The next time you shop, don’t just ask, “How much does it cost?”

Ask, “What is it costing me if I choose the wrong one?”

💚 Quality isn’t an expense… it’s an investment in your health.

💚 One of the best things you can do for your health is choose a low glycaemic (GI) way of eating. It helps support steady blood sugar, balanced energy, fewer cravings, and overall wellness. 🌿

🍎 Lower GI Sweeteners (Best Choices)
✅ Fructose (from whole fruit): GI 15–25
✅ Agave: GI 15–30
✅ Coconut sugar: GI 35–42

🍁 Moderate GI
🟢 Pure maple syrup: GI ~54
🟢 Blackstrap molasses: GI ~55

🍯 Higher GI
🟠 Honey: GI 58–62
🔴 White table sugar: GI ~65

💡 Remember: The Glycaemic Index tells you how quickly a food raises blood sugar. Portion size also matters, so enjoy all sweeteners in moderation. Whole, minimally processed foods are always the best foundation for long-term health. 🌱

🚨 I have a question, and I’m really curious to hear your experiences…

Has anyone ever had to switch from their dominant hand to their non-dominant hand because of an injury, surgery, arthritis, or another health challenge?

✍️ Did you have to learn to write all over again?
🥄 Eat with the other hand?
🪥 Brush your teeth differently?
💻 Use a mouse or your phone with the opposite hand?
How frustrating was it at first? How long did it take before it started to feel natural?
👇 I’d love to hear your story. Even if it wasn’t you, do you know someone who had to make this change?

🌿 Millions of people around the world use moringa every day... but here's a question. 🤔
Do you know which species of moringa is actually in your supplement?

There are 13 different moringa species, but one stands above the rest for its exceptional nutritional value: Moringa oleifera. Even within that species, not all varieties are created equal.

That's why I was fascinated to learn that Partner.Co's new Vital 1 botanical blend was developed using the highest-quality moringa available.

🎥 If you already use moringa—or have ever wondered what makes one moringa product different from another—you'll want to watch this short video.
