Pies Baked up fresh everyday & available frozen in store & at a retailer near you! We offer a modern interpretation of the classic British-style savoury pie. We make all of our pies from scratch, in-house, using only natural ingredients with nothing weird, that-you-c

an’t-pronounce added. This includes only premium cuts of Canadian meat, the freshest produce and homemade beef, chicken and vegetable stocks, all enveloped in a dangerously delicious all-butter crust. Pies served baked hot or frozen and hot pies can be served with fresh handcut Fries, Mixed Green Salad or Coleslaw.

Each week until June 2nd, we will have SIX different flavours of butter tarts in the shop, a new collection every week✨
These specialty tarts will be available in the shop in singles & six packs!
Can’t make it in?
Specialty 6packs will be available on our frozen home delivery service Toronto wide! (Even to Oakville!)

Quietly behind the scenes Chef Kaylie has been the head chef at the pie commission for just over 2 years but has been a part of the team for just shy of a decade! Carefully overseeing every batch of pies made and the brains behind 95% of our small batch specials, Chef Kaylie is one of many important parts of the machine that is The Pie Commission!
